Stop by to get family meal and I wished my kids didn't like this place so much ordered Mac and cheese only to get told they were out so choose fries got home to find all I got was chicken breast the fries were borderline burnt the plantains were burnt on the out side and uncooked in the inside. This is the last time I visit this Pollo topical

This particular Pollo Tropical seems somewhat disorganized, but the staff were helpful in resolving the issue I encountered (especially Ilka—she deserves a raise!). The cashier thought they had a drink I ordered, then another staff member told me they were out of that drink after my food was ready. Not the best but I could deal with that so I ordered a different drink. The fried yuca was hard and dry; I expressed this issue and they offered to give me some more plaintains instead, which I accepted. Then, unexpectedly, Ilka brought us some freshly made fried yuca. So, the experience was not necessarily ideal, but the staff did try to rectify the situation.
