Why am I having such difficulty making an appointment at the Genius Bar at the Wellington Green store?

Option 1: Download the “Apple Support” app. From there find your issue. If it can be solved over the phone, you can set up an Apple Support phone call. If not you can make an appointment. Option 2: Contact Apple Support 1-800-APL-CARE and have them set an appointment at the desired store. Option 3: Just come in and make a “Walk-In Appointment”. Be prepared for a long wait and remember the earlier the better. Wait times get longer as the night goes on and appointments start to run out later in the day.

I'd try a different store such as Palm Beach Gardens. Way nicer!

They do repairs there. Was a madhouse. Idk if it can be same day service
