Pros: The location is amazing (behind a plaza with great restaurants and a grocery store). Very walkable and accessible, and the beach is a 5 minute walk! The outdoor space is well maintained. Maintenance is always great and timely whenever I submit a request. Cons: Apartments are a bit outdated. When I moved in 1.5 years ago, there were some cracked tiles and walls and scratches on cabinets, but nothing too major that you can look past it. I don't appreciate that they recently started AirBnB in the community. I chose a gated community to live for a reason, and AirBnB defeats that purpose. Laundry machines rarely work and not enough machines for the building (5 machines for 6 floors + most are always broken or don't clean my laundry well). Overall the value for the apartment is decreasing with insane price increases. What's keeping me here is the location and the fact that all other apartments in South Florida are more expensive.

This place don’t get further then just a location! I thought I was renting in a family gate community but later I realize that it was more like a Hotel type a thing. They do Airbnb in few of their buildings what makes the community a little bit unsafe specially walking around the community or when enjoying the pool! You will see strangers around you all the time! You would never guess if the person next to you is your neighbor or just someone from outside the community. Pretty bad!!! The kitchen appliances and cabinets are very old (the apartment itself is old). Another thing that you would like to consider talking about comfort is the laundry thing (this place is specifically TOP at this concept) they will make your life miserable making you going up and down the building looking for ONE only ONE washing machine that works properly!! OMG what a nightmare!!!!! I was located at building A which is literally next to the shopping center next to the community and at the same time unfortunately also next to the Trash Dumpster from the shopping center (imagine the smell from that tank hitting my balcony) I can tell you NOT a pleaser one. Now talking about management (don’t want spend time on this) rude and no manners that would cover all the campus… If your strategy is showing a cold and rude attitude to your tenants in order to receive respect then you guys doing a GREAT job. Firing some people from the leasing office to make it look like there was a change…. hmmm didn’t fixed anything. Like I said “THIS PLACE IS JUST ABOUT A LOCATION “.
