Yes, we always have dry aged. Please call and we will tell you what we have. We always have 3 or 4 different types (including pork chops!) Beef we age 30 days and Pork we age 14 days, all I house Our phone is 954 500 BEEF (2333) and staff will tell you what we have ready to go Thank you
No, we are locally owned and operated. The owner of the Shop is Mark Small who lives right here in Fort Lauderdale.
