Speed: lightning fast. Only true pro here. But could be due to the suspiciously empty line… Food: first time I’ve had a baconator. Stacked up against, say, a Big Mac it’s a clear winner. For a low tier fast food burger it’s one of the better. Fries were ok but no sauce or ketchup included. Frosty tasted like… a frosty. I wildly regret getting anything bigger than a small. Service: I don’t expect or care about top tier service from fast food. So only worth pointing out when very bad, which it was in this case. Forgetting any sort of sauce/ketchup for fries one thing, no biggie it happens. But the dude taking orders was incredibly terse. Same with everyone else. Just shoved food into my hands without even looking at me. Didn’t say anything, just said price and that’s it. Hard to describe but energy was almost amusingly “get the hell out of my face” from the whole crew. Ah well ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ If you want fast service from people who hate that you’re there with garbage food that you’ll instantly regret and honestly isn’t even that cheap, then this should be at the top of your list.

Gentleman Pedro was so kind--with attention to every detail my son has special needs (it can be very difficult to order).. when my son asked about strawberry frosty he gave him a small one. Excellent experience today! Food was very good!

Where to begin…I went to Wendy’s with my friends expecting a good meal, my friend opened her salad and luckily saw this big two inch acrylic nail inside the salad. We were all instantly disgusted and did not want to eat any of our food. We went back around to ask for a refund and the lady dealing with us was not pleasant. She insisted that the worker with the nails on (Shirley), was not making the salad, so it was impossible that it could’ve been in the salad. We were in disbelief as we told her that there was no other way the nail could’ve gotten in and she continued to disagree. She then said that we would only be getting a refund for the salad. The manager then continued to accuse us of putting the workers nail inside of the salad. So unprofessional!! This also shows that this location is not following proper health code regulations and I insist that the health inspectors check them immediately! We are very upset and will never be returning! If I could rate 0 stars I would, but I can’t .

Horrible experience. I ordered through the app before arriving, nobody in front of me when I arrived but they asked to pull up while they make the order, big mistake on my part for doing that. We waited 20 minutes for them to bring out our order and when we finally got home it was cold, dry and missing items. When you have kids and they are hungry and missing part of their order it is so frustrating and upsetting. Just pass on Wendy's because this seems to be the norm with all locations lately, this time was just too much that it will be our last.
