100$ worth of pastries!! What a joke. Everything was STALE. Disgusting bakery. Sorry but it’s the truth. If you want customers talking good about you, make some fresh pastries. Stop selling stale garbage. We threw it all away. Nobody liked any of it. Terrible excuse for a bakery. Maybe people don’t know what they’re doing with baked goods in Pompton plains but we are from Edgewater and the bakeries down here are outrageously delicious. How dare you sell top dollar baked goods that are stale and tasteless. We were embarrassed to have brought it. Woulda been better to get Dunkin doughnuts. Literally disgusting! Here is a suggestion for you which should be taken into immediate consideration. Throw all of your garbage out your trying to sell and have less but fresh product. Or close up your shop and stop wasting peoples time and money! Francesca‘s bakery you should be ashamed of yourself serving that garbage pastry to people.

The best thing they do here is donuts. I bought almost $100 worth of baked goods to bring to the office one day, and everything was bland or stale, with the exception of the donuts. The quiches didn't taste like anything, the stuffed rolls with veggies were completely rancid... The staff is nice but I would keep to their main items, like crumb cakes and donuts.

Really love Francesca's. Their empanadas are amazing. Croissants are the best around and most importantly the people there are great. Very friendly, always giving a cookie to my son when he comes in with me and just all around a pleasure to interact with. Update: 2/20. Still fantastic, same great product and still the friendliest people around. Will continue to stop by
