I called because I lost an engine on a yacht in The Bahamas. Was told they would call me back within the hour. Nothing. I called again was told they would call me back. No call. Thanks for NOTHING. Is this really the way you conduct business?

I used this company on several occasions but on the most recent time the owner was the most unprofessional I have ever seen in the corporate world. He said they would be out in 3 weeks to work on my vessel and when I kept following up for a technician he said they were too busy....in fact don't call us anymore as we do not have time to work on your vessel. I wish I was told that 3 weeks ago so I could have taken my business elsewhere instead of starting all over getting in line somewhere else. Rude and condescending with a horrible attitude.

Good morning! Our contact at Detroit Diesel could not find these specific serial numbers in the system. He did say that if they are natural engines (not turbocharged) they should be between 250-300 HP. We hope this helps! Best Regards, Gina Angel Marine Diesel Specialists
