You can try calling the customer complain number and let them know what is going on. I've called the number repeatedly on another McDonald's store and they received complaints from other people over the same problem. New management appeared soon and they ran the store better.
They have social distancing require masks have several hand sanitizer dispensers and only allow 1 in the restroom at a time and all employees wear masks and gloves and I've seen a lot of handwashing from the employees
