We placed an Uber eats order from here. We were given a delivery window of 3:30..with much excitement (seeing all of the reviews), we waited…4pm comes and the order is still “preparing”. I call the store and am told that it’s not preparing and that it’s ready and has been ready. I then get off the phone and check the app again to find that it is now reading a 5pm delivery window and is still “preparing.” I called the store to notify the girl on the phone..to which she hung up. I then cancelled the order and called back to let her know that she can enjoy my $100 worth of food that’s been sitting there ready for an hour. Update:: was called at 9 am the next morning to discuss the matter. Not sure what restaurant calls people who leave reviews to change their opinions, but it’s clear this restaurant does.

Absolutely the worst Italian sub I've ever had - after 30+ years of going to V &S today's food was certainly substandard. Really sad when Publix makes a better Italian comb. Ordered a small with the works - got no peppers but a gallon of oil on this Italian combo! Then the 2nd sub - meatball parmesan had no cheese on the sub! Am saddened that this has happened to a deli that has had an outstanding reputation in this community!
