I'm here on a business trip and staying at the diplomat beach resort, I was looking for a good spot to have dinner with my partners and this place seemed breath taking! The hotel and restaurant are truly BEAUTIFUL! I wanted to take them to a nice place in Hollywood, FL and to me THIS WAS THE SPOT! You know Being on a rooftop for dinner In South Florida!! The decor is outstanding! I was excited! 1. My Partner ordered this- the Lobster Ravioli $35 (my my) this dish leaves you soooo disappointed (sucks) is an understatement. And it leaves you hungry still for $35 😒 It's 5 Mini Raviolis of MUSH that leaves a BAD TASTE in your mouth. Well 4 pieces as the 5th was just two pieces of pasta stuck together with nothing in the middle. 2. Seafood Bucatini- 😳 $38 (THE WORST DISH OF MY LIFEEEEEEE) 🤢 I almost threw up. It seriously tasted as though they opened up an OLD can of tomato sauce, added some fake noodles that resembled rice noodles. Threw in two pieces of shrimp, FAKE Fish and fake Calamari (not) Calamary, some clam shells but no clams and mussels. I took one bite and I was done. And all of the seafood was OVERCOOKED. 😳 And the best part, My server never even checked on me to see if it was good. And I'm not one to send my food back. I ordered it, didn't eat it. So I'm a big girl, I'll pay for it and move on. But I'm not coming back or recommending this place. I am an honest person and (People it's disgusting) I'm not sure why they serve this dish at such a BEAUTIFUL PLACE. 3. The Pomodoro- $17 This is supposed to be some form of a "flatbread pizza".. This tasted like cardboard. 😳 something my OTHER partner ordered. (Embarrassing) 4. It wasn't even that busy and For an appetizer I ordered the Calamari (which was VERY GOOD BTW) and (oh on their menu it's spelled wrong) but I asked kindly for more Marinara sauce (I never received it) 🙄 5. I pray Gordon Ramsey comes here and helps them recreate this BEAUTIFUL restaurants Menu as it has so much potential! I'm truly surprised they're still open and seriously SURPRISED they're serving this kind of food 😳😔 $500 dollars later and I'm STIILL hungry😒 Pros- Beautiful views/good drinks Cons- WORST OVER PRICED FOOD EVER 😔💔

Very warm attention, I got excellent Julieta and the terrace team. Half day quick lunch, obviously not cheap, good stuff is not. Octopus, Cuban sandwich, red tuna tartare highly recommended and a Spanish wine accompanies

There was not alot of options and the presentation and taste was mediocre. Beautiful setting but expected more with the food.

Terrible experience. Waiter upsold drinks at $78 per drink. Charged us $312 for 4 old fashions. We never asked for "higher end liquor". Manager said that the only resolution is a bottle of wine next time we come. We are never coming back. You deserve 0 stars if it was an option. Terrible customer service. Poorly trained personal. Check your bill everyone.
