Have you try The Mexican Parillada? this is a volcanica stone heated at 350 degrees served with grilled skirt steak strips, chicken, shrimps, avocado, queso blanco, onions, nopales, radishes, and a thick spicy Guajillo pepper sauce!

The volcanic stone is heated may 375 degrees they add spicy sauce, onions, cheese, and the Mexican parrilada with meat, chicken or shrimp, served with avocado, rice and tortillas
