I haven’t been here in a wile so we decided to give it another try. This time service was not bad but when the food came my husband 12 oz Entraña stake $32.99 was just horrible 80% of the meat was pure grease with skin. We called the waiter and showed him and he just looked at us very scare and surprised, he just said hoo!!! And just walked away he did not do anything about it and we were just so upset that just paid the bill and went home. Not even an apology. Even though I live really close by I will never come here again. Very very disappointed. ☹️

We ordered milanesas and didn't filled our expectations no flavor, the mashed potatoes were cold. 12.99 for 4 croquetas and for desert flan was hard.the service ok but can improve.

What if I improve customer service? I recommend the food but they have to work on the public treatment... I would be happy to go through your comments and my suggestions is to work more on customer service!!! Your food is very good! Taking care of the details will ensure that if the clientele remains... a client since 2010... I will gladly visit you and give you my hand... and if you have the same suggestion regarding consumer treatment... in the comments!
