Very rude and arrogant. Doesn’t give a fair trial. If it brings in money then that’s it.

Literally used the words not guilty for both counts of inspection/roll a stop sign get less than half the money I paid back in a check. I Call they tell me one charge she was found guilty and one was withdrawn (which comes with “fees”). So I guess if they want some extra cash the judge will lie to you in a court of law. This place needs investigated.

Never answer the phone after they rob someone. And add extra illegal fees after fines/tickets are paid. Complete crooks... should be investigated

I recieved a notice that my 2017 taxes were not paid. I chose to go before Judge Sosovicka as I had proof of payment. I explained to the judge that I have a traumatic brain injury and I brought a friend to help me present the paperwork. My friend was not allowed to assist. The judge kept asking me if I was competent. He would not allow me to explain the deficits from the brain injuries as compared to incompetence. My fathers name is also on the tax papers. He is 91 and has late stage dementia. I have power of attorney for him. Judge Sosovickas staff told me to bring the poa papers. Judge Sosovicka asked me why my fathers name was not on my letter to dispute the tax liability. I explained I didn't think about it since I have poa. He yelled several times "that is the problem you don't think". Very nice to say to someone that has a brain injury. I had the option to reschedule, but opted to pay the tax again rather than be treated so badly.

Go to the magistrates office and pay at the window, or they also have a computer right there that you can make an online payment with. You can also go to https://ujsportal.pacourts.us/PayOnline.aspx and pay online from home with a debit/credit card. It charges a $2.75 fee for each transaction.
