The customer service I received from the juice bar this afternoon (July 26) was unparalleled. Just naturally kind people and super engaging with us. I truly can't remember the last time I felt so welcomed somewhere and I just wanted to take a moment to give credit to the 2 people who made our day. I wish I would have gotten their names to properly shout them out! Can't wait to come back here more often.

This is a wellness store I go to for many years, and although its a bit further away now in the new location , I can still say it is well worth the drive . Lab was outstanding first thing this morning . Verdie was there to greet me -just as he had promised since I prepaid. Jenn in the cafe was lovely. The goldenmilk shake was excellent . All sprouts in grocery were fresh , and reasonable as well. So - yes I will be going back. Thanks to all for the excellent customer service !

They have a great selection of products. I attended a conference and left immediately to come here. I ended up at the permanently closed location, so I called them for directions. The lady was very nice and professional. When I arrived 10 minutes before closing I said I need help and with the assistance of two workers, I was able to find everything I needed. Once I found everything at about five minutes to closing, I went to the smoothie bar. The lady did not want to help me. I explained I called and she was more open to helping me. It probably helped that one of the first workers offered to take my payment with the vitamin order. Up until the smoothie bar, I had 5 star customer service. I thought closed at 6 meant closing at 6 versus closing 5 or so minutes before 6. Otherwise a smooth and easy process.
