I went for the beans & rice. The chicken tasted surprisingly better, this trip. 😋 Order from the app for best deals and order before U get there. They spend too much placing orders in shopping bags. 🛍 Give back to the employees or menu. No pics, I ate it. 🤣🤣

The food is great, but honestly the drive through experience is horrible. You'll sit and wait forever probably because no one's watching the monitor, then have to explain yourself when you want a super simple order or yell yourself hoarse because the staff are too busy playing around to hear you. Oh but don't actually yell, because the person will say "you don't need to yell" right after they say there's a lot of background noise. Just endlessly repeat yourself I guess while they try to get themselves together.

Been there twice. First time sat in line for over a half hour. Then when I got my order and got back to my room, they had thrown in a couple of pieces of old chicken. Tough and dry! I gave them another chance. I always order spicy chicken. Got a 16 piece family pack. Part of it was not spicy it was non spicy. Sides were single serving, beans and rice, coleslaw. Fries were limp and greasy. Again it was a 20 minutes in line. The employees are crossing paths and dancing around each other. Management needs to learn how to stream line the process. Fast food is like a assembly line. Window works the window, front line assemble the orders. Cooks should be keeping an eye on the min max of the product. Management should be watching the time product has been sitting and make sure it's rotated if need be. Also give direction when needed. You are the captain, Own It!

The food is actually good four stars ⭐️. The restaurant staff and cleanliness is negative but in order for me to be able to post I have to give it one star. There was about 10 cars on the drive thru so we went inside to see if it would be faster. Once inside I saw why the long line at the drive thru. All the employees were playing around laughing and just walking around. The manager was trying to tell them what to do but no one listen. One of the girls had a sweatshirt on the back with a kid giving the finger. So when she turned around it seems as if she was giving the customers the finger. The bathroom smell like pot and was dirty. Not a good place to come eat.
