I was visiting from Seattle and looking for Gluten-Free places to check out (I have Celiac). When I saw the menu I hopped on a bus and headed straight here. Did not disappoint! There were so many things I just had to try, I couldn't help stocking up! Got a Strawberry Churro Cupcake, Cinnamon Coffee Cake, and a Chocolate Chip Cookie Sandwich! Such a treat when you can't eat gluten!

They have cupcakes which are good if a tad pricey. She only just started making full cakes.

1. Do you use anything that has corn in it? if so can you substitute it w/something else? 2. Do you use natural/artificial flavors/sweeteners? 3. Do you use MSG/canola oil? 4. Do you use citric acid/processed beet sugar? 5. Do you use canola oil?
