They do the best they can, I guess, with the turnover rate of personnel and supply shortages. The missing star is for not keeping their employees retained. I actually go out of my way because the quality of food and service here is markedly better than the more convenient location. Kudos!

They were super accommodating when I asked if they could open the 0ackage so I could verify that there were two fries for a door dash customer before I took it for delivery.

Had to wait 20 minutes for my food. Completely forgot my order. Watched other people order and served before I got my food. Even for McDonald’s this place sucks
