Eisenhauer's Chesapeake Harley-Davidson is my favorite place to go to receive service on my 2020 CVO Limited! I'm especially fond of how clean the cleaning company keeps the facility. Each time I've visited this location, I was welcomed and treated like I mattered. I went down on my bike off of Maryland 216 westbound not too long ago. I called for a tow truck to deliver my motorcycle to Eisenhauer's Chesapeake Harley-Davidson, and the driver reached the location 15 minutes after they closed. I was afraid to leave the bike outside the business unsecured. I thought I would have to lock the bike to the fence and return to the location before the store opened. As I walked around the building looking for someone inside, an instructor appeared to assist. He called the store owner to obtain permission to place my motorcycle inside overnight. The store owner granted permission for the building to be open to store my bike. I arrived early to have my motorcycle assessed for damages and repairs the following day. I feel grateful to Eisenhauer's Chesapeake Harley-Davidson team for their professionalism and care for me and my motorcycle. I purchased my Road Glide Special from Chesapeake Harley Davidson. My salesmen Joe Pleasant was great . I had met him several times over the years when visiting the store . Joe was always polite and very knowledgeable about the Brand. The whole process was smooth and enjoyable .Everyone in the building was very nice ,friendly and professional.
