I wanted to express my honest gratitude to one of your team members. His name is Ralphmil, I met him through my best friend who highly recommended him as being attentive, professional and very compassionate during the funeral process for his sister. We first met back in May to have my father's memorial plaque replaced due to aging and a misspelled last name which was done by the V. A. back in 1974. I can only say that I was introduced to a professional that handled everything with wisdom and the plague was ordered just the way I wanted. This week (August 9th, 2022) I made appointment with him to discuss pre-funeral planning and purchasing a cemetery plot. Again, Ralphmil was very helpful and went thoroughly over everything that I was going to need even though this was not easy for me to do. Just wanted to recognize him for his outstanding work ethic and to let you know that he's asset to your organization. Thank you.
