We recently received the letter from NVC for immigration my younger brother was not added so we added his name and my sister is married so we remove her name but NVC removed the name of all children now when we add participants their is no response

My friend visa will expire in November. How can she speed up the process of gaining citizenship? Also, if she's not a citizen by then do she go back to her country?
