It did take an hour to get our order, it was a large order, and when we got the food, it was 100% worth it! Everything was still hot, absolutely delicious,and we will 100% be ordering regularly now

Upon walking in to pick up our food I noticed that some staff had masks on and some did not. Seemed to be fairly clean. Food was good and has always been good for us. Prices are fair and plenty of coupons are floating around to get deals. Staff is not so friendly when walking in they kind of don't notice you for a minute or so when standing at the counter. Delivery is 2 hours everytime its like a multimillion dollar franchise but Carmichaels pa just cant get it together. I dont recommend eating here either the pizza its thrown together by a bunch of patch hunkies that dont give af about your food.

Ordered a pizza at 5:34pm, and it was delivered at 7:17pm. I only live about 6 miles away.. 10 mins. The pizza was warm, and the cheese was not melted, it was chunky. I have had delivery from them in the past, hoagies are good, BUT this was the WORST I have ever received from Fox's. Will NOT order from them again!!! Back to Lil Caesars Pizza.

Hi Jason sorry to hear that that happened. We do not condone that type of behavior. Were you in there tonight and if so do you have a rough idea of what time. this way I can find out who was on staff during the time you were there and I can watch the video cameras and pinpoint where the problem was and take care of it right away.
