It's pretty sad that the Manager of the Imperial Club will NOT sign a paper work from the VA to show proof that our mother lived there! My mother moved in the Imperial Club in November 2018 and had to move out in June 2019. Sadly, All of a sudden there was a new owner and raised the price unexpectedly and she could NOT afford it. When my mom lived in this ASL we always had to call to get caregivers to help our mom. Greatly, we had 2 cameras to keep an eye on our mom and some of the caregivers were very rude to her! I actually, have videos to show it. Also, my brother has been dealing with the manager to please sign the VA form to verify that our mother lived there, and sadly once again, it's pretty darn sad that the manager will NOT sign the VA form to verify that she lived there. I totally agree with my brother that the people that are operating the Imperial Club with NO heart for the well being of others! I definitely, would NOT recommend this place!!!

Very disturbing that I find myself sharing my mothers experience on social media, however the way that my mother was treated by the ownership team and upper management needs to be recognized so that others are aware of what they might also encounter the same despicable uncaring treatment . My mother 90 years of age & is a US Veteran widow, she moved to The Imperial Club ALF (Assisted Living Facility) Nov of 2018..... a few months into her stay she received a notice from the "New Ownership" informing her that he rent would increase each month $850, there was no option given; pay the increased rent or move out. We struggled to find another ALF but eventually did & she was forced to leave (her 3rd apt within a year at her age - not good), the new rent was simply unaffordable, my mother depends on the VA financial program Aid & Attendance to make ends meet and that sudden increase made it impossible to afford, she moved out June of 2019. In June of 2021 there was an audit conducted on my mothers VA Aid & Attendance account which requires a VA form to be completed by each ALF that my mother lived in for the past 5 years (a total of 3) to verify that the funds were be allocated correctly, in addition there was a collection notice given in the amount of $70,000 to pay back if the information was not verified which as you can imagine was unthinkable of having that amount in your head to pay back which caused great stress on my mother and our family. I sent the forms immediately to the 3 locations that my mother lived at & received the completed forms back from two of ALF's within 1 hour of the time that I sent them all with the exception of the Imperial Club. It took weeks to get a response from the management of the Imperial Club only to find out that the new ownership instructed them not to sign any VA forms due to "Company Policy"? I eventually managed to speak directly to a representative from their cooperate office who explained the same info that they are not required to sign documents outside of their own company and also informed me that we had an outstanding balance for not giving a full 30 day notice when my mother moved out which I was never informed of in addition they never even reached out to us to collect it? I inquired if I pay balance would they please sign the form as I explained the situation & his response was he could not guarantee it he would have to check with his legal team and it could take weeks. None the less I never heard back from them I reached out in December begging them explaining to them again my mothers current situation & to please sign the VA form to verify that my mother lived there however they still did not have the humanity, decency, or empathy to respond. Their actions have caused this process to linger on now into Jan 2022, my mother and our family have exhausted all of our financial resources to keep her head above water all because The Imperial Club refused to assist us during this process. I do not know what their thought process behind their decision to do this to my elderly mother or anyone especially a Veteran Family - they are just really uncaring individuals that are operating the Imperial Club with no heart or consideration for the well being of others

Yes, we do have Wifi available in certain areas, though many residents choose to have their own internet, phone, and other telecommunications arrangements.
We have a cable system that is designed for seniors, with dozens of popular channels, and best of all it is included in the rental rate. There are other cable providers in the area who may be able to provide additional "upgrades", subject to limitations of wiring and technical requirements. Please contact us for more information!
