Just moved here a few weeks ago and I have to say that I absolutely LOVE it here. Very clean place, organized and management is on top of their game. Maria the property manager is tremendous. Moving in has been a breeze. Everyone is nice, kind and helpful. The buildings are new, modern and prices are VERY FAIR! Overall, I highly recommend this place for anyone interested. You will not regret it.

My husband and I are going on our 4 year living in this beautiful community. The maintenance staff are excellent and always making sure our community is immaculate. Leasing office literally never answers the phone. I’ve called a lot in the past week or so. Trying different times of the day. No answer ever. No call backs

Maria and Maggie the ladies in the leasing office are magnificent ladies. An amazing team effort is getting all our information for the apartment we wanted.They gave us all the applications once we filled everything out and turned it in to them they were so welcoming and amazingly polite,they greater us with bright smiles and called us immediately when the apartment got approved and we are so grateful for them because they accommodated us greatly to go above and beyond and giving our family our dream apartment close to the pool and first floor I could not ask for more I am truly grateful for such wonderful service

I live here since it was inaugurated, and i don't think so. It is an appartment community only for regular residents.
You will have to call the office to find out if they are any available.
At the entrance there is an intercom that has the office number, you dial it and they open it for you
There is no 1/1, the smallest is 2/2 and it comes out in 1700
