Overall not too bad. The lady that was working at night at the register came off a bit rude, not very welcoming or friendly. Maybe a bad day, don’t know. But no need to take it out on drivers. Bathrooms and showers fairly clean. Showers soap dispenser broken - not that anyone would use that soap anyway but still. Also there was no soap by the sink. Trash can wasn’t emptied. There are a lot of truckers that park at the fuel island and when you tell an employee for some reason they don’t do anything about it. Several trucks ended up backing up to leave.

Recently LOST my Dog. His name is Apollo. I was park at the TA on my 10 hour reset. My dog seemed to have got of truck using the window. The staff didn't call the police or animal Controll, Instead they found an someone to take the dog. I'm Hurt, but I understand why the staff did so. Please contact me with info on how to get my Dog back Home.

Hi I had a truck repair their yesterday evening water pump was leaking I called the shop their they could replace it they called got part number that evening and they got the part that night and changed the pump but they didn t send the gaskets until the next morning they were very helpful kept me informed about what they were doing did a really good job the techs were very nice knew what they were doing .These guys were well trained ,The lady that was on duty that night was really nice and helpful .

I stopped by there alot and the men's bathroom is always in need of assistance! And I see there porters out sitting and smoking alot. Which I would only give 2 stars but theres a Asst manager I believe her name is Melissa she is always so …We appreciate you taking the time to write a review!
