Disappointed in the new owners who work the counter, rude, argumentative and have witnessed them bulling to the community! 1.00 on average higher priced item then other 7-11, mentioned the spike to them was basically yelled at and called a liar. Wow seriously didnt come at him negativity, hes incredibly rude and should get over himself. Then the man yelled at me and threw my coffee drink I just made away!!! Him and his wife then began to gang up on me and further bully me! Told them they should treat people nicer! Drove away without spending money here and I needed a full tank of gas! Gave my $ back to Costco. Grew up spending my $ at this store over others! These owners need a reality check on how to get a community to appreciate your bussiness. It's his right to raise prices and when people notice they become aggressive, well hope he noticed the lack of bussiness. wont be going back after 40 years. Mentioned to my friend's and all had similar disrespectful experiences from the owners!

I'm a 70 yr old disabled veteran these new owners are not nice people they refused to serve me when I walked in with my service dog I showed them her ADA license when I told them its state and federal law Americans with Disabilities Act they laughed at me and refused . under the guise of we reserve the right refuse to serve anyone. I said but your breaking the law he didn't care he was tyrannical . couple months later I went in alone left my service dog in the car and they refused to check my lottery tickets that was today I will stay away from this location and not support such prejudices at this location there are plenty of 7-11 in Santee

This used to be my go to store but that is over. Since new management this place has gone downhill quickly. They no longer stock common items I would purchase on a regular basis. There shelves are empty and if they do have something in stock the clerk doesn't know how to ring it up. I stopped today for some Rockstars which are clearly marked 2 for $3.00. I grabed four of them but since the scanner didn't read the barcode on two of them the cashier said he had to charge me full price. I explained to him they are on sale and asked him to go look at the sign on the cooler. He said"if it dont scan we charge full price". Terrible customer service not to mention either lazy or extremely incompetent. I spend $200.00 a week at this store between gas and merchandise but I will now happily drive out of my way to go to another neighboring 7-11. You will never see me at this store again.
