Sound is good. Picture is good. Food is good. Theater is clean. It has a bar with food served too. Try this place out!

Some recline, most rock. If you're purchasing online it will tell you what type of chair you're getting. Once you click on it, it will give you the row seat and if it's a recliner.
Sarah Jensen is right in that they don't recline all the way. They recline just enough to tempt you into sleep.
