Great experience and history.

Not much Southern Hospitality here. The house is beautiful on the outside & the outside plaque is informative. We arrived at 11:20 & told they would have room for us at 12. We were not offered to wait in office or gift shop. As we walked through the garden to wait a tour was being given & we lingered to listen. (There were only 3 people in the group who were friendly) We were politely shooed away by the guide, someone different than the lady in the office. They just don’t seem welcoming or eager or to share this beautiful home with visitors. The volunteers doing work in the yard were much friendlier & more welcoming than the woman in the office.

Very nice and informative presentation. Interesting history.

Very detailed tour, great for the ladies in terms of feminine artifacts, clothing, cups, saucers, art, hats and purses and women's progress in the business world in the Eau Gallie/Melbourne area. Perhaps a bit long for children. Beautiful garden with unusual species of Flora and Fauna and a garage featuring a 1931 Ford. Our tour guide was a very sweet southern gentlelady.

No not haunted and admission was about 7 or 8 dollars. Don't recall exactly. But it was worth it.
It's nice to go view...your choice as to go inside if tour is available
I think it was $8 per person
