The folks working at this office are real sweet and very professional. Never damaged a package once and always deliver on time. I even went in several minutes after their normal working hours to ask to pick up a package, and they didn't even act upset. This was a pleasant suprise, as this particular package was extremely valuable and It would have hurt me financially if I didn't get it so soon.

The carriers are wonderful super sweet very kind. I will say the lady at the office that answered the phone today and hung up on me because she had to go to lunch was very disrespectful very rude my time is very very valuable as yours is. You.......Yes You did not have to hang up on me to go to lunch. You could have taken 2 seconds to ask Me to call back or anything...... Instead you hung up.
