This woman clearly doesn’t care about keeping this business open. Open 1 day a week for only two hours?! Seriously? She could’ve just discontinued dine in and started doing deliveries, there’s so many options for preventing Covid transmission. She’s slowly letting the business die. So stop giving her your money and let it die already! Such a sad waste of good food that no one can get.

Hi, I’m sorry you think so. We operate the Southern Illinois Collaborative Kitchen which donates food to the public weekly. In addition, Cristaudo’s takes pre orders on our website weekly for pick-up. We base all of our decisions on what we think we can do with in the confines of profitability and safety with our staff and customers in mind at all times. We don’t make any decisions lightly and there are numerous variables involved.
