I would say do not purchase anything from these people. I worked with Jason for more than a year. I foolishly trusted him! We made a deal on a home. I gave him a $1000 deposit in May 2021. He repeatedly told me I was price locked! He told me the home would be completed on my property in September. Then moved the time up to December. They never gave me a contract but cashed my check back in May of 2021. When I questioned the status they would give me the run around. In October I got an email from the manager (Zach) telling me they couldn’t do the deal because they over extended on property purchases. The real reason was they didn’t want to sell the home for what they price locked it! I wasted all that time with them they kept my thousand dollars for 5 months and I never got a home! They don’t care at all about the customer it’s all about money!-- Christoper J Canino

This is what happens when they don't fix the land right and rush to get your house in. There are multiple spots like this. If you're smart dont buy from them. This is their "house settling"
