This establishment is a complete disgrace to our Rocky Hill community. The facilities are filthy, I saw roaches in the restroom and on the floor near the machines. The majority of the dryers are broken, and several I tried that were not marked out of order did not get hot. The staff are unbelievably rude and accused me of loitering when I was the only patron inside and obviously using the dryers. It took me over an hour to dry two small loads of laundry. I will never be back here, it is a real shame to see this place fall so far, I have been a patron here for a decade, and I will never come back.

I've been coming here for 12 years. Up until the past few years, it's usually been a pleasant experience. Ever since the new owner took over, there is very little care given. For the past 3 years the dryers have worked maybe 60% of the time. Since the attendant is only here during hours that I am not, I usually come home with wet clothes and out a few bucks. This place is also really filthy. Otherwise, a bit of TLC could get this place back to being the charming and efficient little place it once was.

This is one of the nastiest laundry mat I've ever used. Cochroaches crawling around the bathroom sink and on floor. Dryers don't work or heat up. Molded soap dispenser on washes that is bad e ought to make your skin crawl. The floor is dirty. The big washers are 6.75 only two work the rest are out of order. They give you 4 minutes a quarter on the dryer. The o ly upside is that it's 24/7. I will be contacting the health department or Bbb. This is not a publicly safe location for cleaning your clothes health wise.

This place needs a deep cleaning, be machines or regular maintenance because most of the time many don't work out our have problems. For example, some washers will soak your clothes in hot water when you set it as cold, not good for fabrics …
