In my experience the apartment itself wasn't too bad, it was the neighbors, but there's usually never perfect neighbors so they weren't horrible. Very few bugs, it was pretty nice, I'd recommend it.

I was looking for an apartment home to rent; so I visited this companies website. I sent an email requesting info/call with all contact info and even what type of apartment home I was interested in. That was 4 weeks ago. NOTHING. Called the office and left a message requesting call back 2 weeks ago. Guess what? NOTHING! This company can't even live up to part of their own mission statement so this is a no Brainer here. Recieved your message loud an a clear. ****RENT ELSEWHERE ****

Terrible place to live. Apartments are over 40 years old with no noticeable upgrades. Trying to get repairs done is nearly impossible. Half of my apartments lights and sockets stopped working and it took a month just to get an electrician to fix it. Spent 9 years here and between the kitchen falling apart to the point of mold buildup and no carpeting in the entire apartment and no pest control. Bed bugs are terrible also.
