This is the worst Post Office, there is no customer service. 4 years ago told me to get a bin to put on my porch for my packages and they refuse to use it. They have been told by higher up they have to use it. I called today and was told again I just need to move out of the area because they are tired of dealing with me. If they would just deliver my packages to the bin I wouldn't have to make complaints. Also, make sure your employees have the proper identification when delivery the mail.

I would give fewer stars if I could! Once again, someone else’s package was delivered to my door. I tried calling the post office SIX times this morning to ask them to get it & redeliver it. They kept disconnecting me. So I’ll drop the package in the mail & maybe they’ll get it right next time! NOT MY JOB to schlep misdirected packages to the PO, or run around trying to deliver it to the right person!

#1 it seems my review from 2 years ago was removed. #2 Everytime our regular delivery person is off delivery is sketchy at best. This last incident packages were reported delivered Oct 9th but we're really delivered Oct 12???? #3 I really did not appreciate vehicle registration never being delivered. A trip to the DMV to get a replacement registration. #4 Might be a good idea to start a petition to get the Post Master removed. #5 Don't bother calling. Must be the longest recorded message in history. Then no one picks up the phone??

I've always had great service. Mail delivery is consistent. If I have to use the Post Office, staff has always been very friendly and helpful. No complaints form me. Thanks for doing a super job!
