We were lied to about how our rebate would be rolled into our purchase. We were lied to about which car model year we would get when we ordered 5 months ahead. We got two texts while waiting. One trying to encourage my husband to get a gas car, when we had clearly stated it was to be my car. No apologies when we went in to clarify. We got another saying, "you already got your car, right? call me back." We called, the call was not returned. We ordered add on items (floor mats and such) which were not there when we went to get the car and we were unable to get them because they changed the pickup day 3 times and ended up on a Saturday when parts was closed.

Absolutely amazing experience dealing with the folks at this dealership! I have always been very skeptical of dealership, as I haven't had very many good experience at them. They were not pushy, they listened to what we wanted and our sales rep Ron did an amazing job helping us get exactly what we wanted. He was very helpful and even took the time to entertain our little one while we were waiting the final paperwork. Would definitely recommend the crew here and will definitely be returning when we are ready in the future.
