Bad business,employees treating customers like trashMr. Sanchez’s company was a client who’s business relationship was terminated in writing by Global on 6/14/21 before this review was written. Throughout our 5 year relationship Mr. and Mrs. Sanchez complained about FIVE members of our otherwise excellently rated staff. We initially took these complaints seriously until we realized this is repetitive behavior in each instance. Our customer service staff spent hours on the phone with Mrs. Sanchez who would call after many transaction to make numerous complaints for years, despite knowing we will get these calls frequently, we understood there may be an underlying reason for this type of behavior and we did our best to help, accommodate and service this client. Our employees were blamed for everything from not smiling enough to being racists AND sexist (both), being too young, asking certain individuals to stand behind certain lines when grading their converters, requesting certain individuals ONLY to be allowed to grade them, asking certain individuals not to be near the grading area while they are graded, stating an experienced buyer was not experienced enough, asking us to check cameras for vehicles which they thought were following them etc. It would have been a wiser decision on our end to terminate this relationship immediately at the onset of this but this was the very first time we encountered anyone with such odd behavior and since it is our goal to maintain excellent client satisfaction we pushed through until we realized that there is absolutely nothing we can do to appease this client. No matter what alternative we provided, it was not quite enough and only a matter of time before there was something to be found wrong with any newly assigned buyer. This client, despite all “complaints” continued to want to do business with us and was upset that we refused to do business any further. We believe we should have a 5 star rating for our sincere efforts despite all illogical obstacles set forth by the client, our ability to accommodate client whims – no matter how unusual, and our staff who despite all this, bravely took on the task of working with this client, knowing they were months away from being accused of something they did not do, look or feel.
