I should have known that when I made a new patient appointment, they said that Monique Noyces will have to approve and accept me as a patient. Then the appointment was scheduled 2 months out. I arrived early as requested by the confirmation call. Appointment was set for 3:50, I waited for a whole twenty minutes before I went up the the front desk. Front desk gal was very nice but she had no idea when I will be called. I told her nevermind and said to cancel my appointment. No response other than ok. No let me reschedule you, or have the MA come out to let me know she's running late. Nothing. I was expecting a call today to follow up on the situation. Nothing. If I could give zero stars I would. By the way, the glowing reviews on here are by their own employees. They will get free coffee by posting positive reviews. Be warned ⚠️

I was asked not to come back to this establishment because I was hung up on by an employee, and then I called back immediately to make a complaint with management over the lack of professionalism. Completely ridiculous. If that's how you want to treat your customers, they'll go to the better business bureau.
