I think it's great that they stock pheasants it should bring more people to the woods that's what we need these days too many young people do not hunt I'm old school and I absolutely loved it

This was my first time taking the trail off of gold mine road. Super easy trail, it's like 2 Miles or so one way. Has stream flow access almost the whole way to the reservoir. I would recommend going up the dam side for more exploration and better landscapes.

Great old railroad trail that's only open to vehicles once a year. There's several points of interest to stop and explore along the way. Be prepared as there's no public restrooms!

Great place to hike and fairly easy and flat. I'd give it 5 stars if people picked up their trash.
