Couldn’t order in store because their system was down. Couldn’t order on the app because everything was out of stock at this store. The door looked dirty, napkins, and pieces of trash on the floor all while a Manager was on site.

Don't come here in the afternoon. The service usually sucks. You'll either get poor customer service, wait a long time for your items, or the items you do get will be improperly made. I will say the morning team is excellent, whenever I go in the morning I'd give this location 5 stars. Overall though 3 stars due to poor afternoon shift.

What a mess!!! very dirty where your drinks are being prepared and my drink had to be made over because the syrup that was paid for wasn’t added! I’m not coming here anymore! Not because my Drink was made over but because of the environment they are preparing the drinks in! Cleanliness is essential even if it’s just drinks and sandwiches! Erika was pleasant though!
