I went at approximately 11:30pm & was turned away. All I needed to do was wash. The Google advertisement says it closes at 12:30am. IMO turning customers away should be based on wash cycle time in relation to closing time. If the wash cycle takes 30 minutes, then after 12 AM it would be appropriate to turn customers away. If a customer gets there at 12 AM under the aforementioned scenario, staff should then advise them they will only be allowed to wash before closing. Under that premise, if you are turning customers away at 12 AM assuming they are going to need to dry at your establishment, then you are assuming. Google states this establishment's closing time at 12am. I would strongly encourage management to re-evaluate their business model in relations to what time they turn customers away under the assumption every customer needs to dry.

Very clean and nice attendant machines work and driers only need 2 coins. They heat up pretty good
