OMG did we have a nail emergency or what (my wife) - half hour left on a Sunday evening to close and the technician takes our walk-in She looked at my wife crying in pain and quickly went to work She carefully removed the ones that needed removing, keep distracting my wife from her pain, ended up spending additional time to paint her nails - Just WOW! Thank you!

I don't like their customer service I came there 3 days in a row and they kept on telling me they were busy come back tomorrow and when as early as 11:00 and they keep them saying oh we're busy come back tomorrow come back tomorrow give me a time a day or try to accommodate me somehow after 3 days but I will not ever go there the customer service sucks and the people are rude
