Been going to this gym for about 2 years now and has unfortunately become my 2nd home. I will sadly be leaving in a few weeks but I can not begin to say how amazing this gym is. From top to bottom I have always felt welcomed, appreciated, and cared for while being here. Tony and Mariah are the best trainers I have been around. Not only for having incredible knowledge, they also are some of the kindest people I have met. Always striving to make the gym and everyone in it better. Jesse and Kendall also have done an amazing job of putting back into the gym with new equipment arriving (it feels like) every day! They are also fantastic. I will miss this gym so much but I know I will always have a home to work out at whenever I’m back in town. BEST GYM AROUND. PERIOD.

I love the gym and the people. The environment here is very welcoming and always fun to be in! Tony and Moriah are always there to help with anything and are super friendly! This is the gym to be in on this side of the water. I highly recommend and you will not find a gym like this elsewhere.

Such a great gym! They have everything you could want for your fitness and training journey. Everyone has been extremely friendly when I go in there.

Great gym. Reasonably priced, but it’s got everything you want out of a serious gym (I.e. not just machines). On top of that, it’s got the feel of seriousness that makes you want to get stronger. Not too serious - people are joking around and having a great time - but enough that you want to get after it. 10/10 recommend. Come get strong!
