14 hour fitness… this place closes at 8 pm on weekends. 8 pm. Entirely useless. They had short hours during Covid and we cut them slack, but once the pandemic ended they shortened their hours further instead of extending!

The location is good and convenient. Staff are pleasant but spend too much time hanging out. It’s like we are interrupting their conversations when guests check in. Facility is not clean enough or maintained well.

Terrible customer service, moved here from Utah and wasn’t allowed to work out because I didn’t have a Washington I.D.. Was told to get anything with you Washington on it so I got my old I.D that expired last year still wasn’t allowed to work out. But are willing to sell me a membership without any Washington identification. Was going to sign up now I’m not.

Good facility and awesome staff! I had to renew my membership and had a few too many questions but Liam did an awesome job explaining everything in detail without any hesitation. He even went above and beyond and made me find a better deal and kindly offered his help around the gym when needed. The entire staff and Liam honestly has made me feel motivated to come to the gym and make it a very welcoming place to workout.
