I’m really depressed so my boyfriend so generously bought me Panera. I had my favorite broccoli Mac and cheese in a bread bowl. As a treat, I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie. Well, once we got home and finished our food it was time to have the cookie. I excitedly unwrap it and it turns out to be an oatmeal raisin cookie. The amount of sadness I felt was to much for my boyfriend to handle so he broke up with me and kicked me out. Now I’m homeless and chocolate chip cookie-less. He also took the cats. Panera, do better.

Food quality was not great new spicy chicken sandwich was less than I expected it had no real spice over priced and no sauce. Lady taking order had a definite additude. And menu is so far away from drive through its hard to read

Super long wait times in the lobby. Not a very good system going on since there are multiple ways to order. If you order inside on the tablet, where are you supposed to stand? Near the garbage ? Fountain drink area? So confusing. I love Panera but there’s gotta be a better system.

I ordered french onion soup when I was in Silverdale this past wed. I said to the young lady, "this is supposed to have cheese on it."She asked did it not have cheese. I said it had literally 3 tiny shreds, so she said, so, you did get cheese, you just wanted more cheese. No more Panera Bread for me.
