I stayed 2 weeks at this hotel and have stayed at many hotels lately. This one was very good value. It was clean, shower was great. The staff was very nice and took the time to help me get the best rates - and room preferences I desired.

Stayed there for two nights with my brother and cousin before flying back home. We found the motel to be much better than the one we chose for our first night upon arriving in LAX. Seems like it is new or has been well renovated. All areas (including elevator) were clean and smelled good. Room was clean, shower as well and had a good water pressure. I didn't think the area was as rough and unsafe (as some are and as some people noted), there's a CSV near by as well as other shops you can walk to. We booked a room with a fridge which was great (and clean). Didn't mind the 100$ deposit or the 7$ per night for a safe parking spot. After all if you know you're not going to smoke or trash the room, you know you'll get your 100$ back (which was back on my account the day we left).

Perfect place to crash. The room is quite large, the shower works and is normal, the bed is comfortable, the room was clean, the parking is well lit, and I felt safe. If you’re kooky for a reasonable priced place to crash, I would highly recommend it.

The room was not terrible. I actually was given one of the newly renovated rooms so it actually looked nice. TV worked, fridge worked, and the water pressure was decent. The bed was pretty comfortable but, the only thing that I disliked were that my bedsheets were dirty. No stains or anything like that but my sheets had some dirt marks and scuffs like maybe they fell outside or something. I requested new sheets and I was not given any. No harm done because I did not stay for long anyway. The floor is just cement and it reminds me of when I visited my uncle in Mexico and not something you would expect in Los Angeles. Overall, my stay was good. Basically, you get what you pay for so if you want a nicer hotel then stay at a nicer hotel.
