PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, do not go here if you want to save yourself a lot of stress and aggravation. I was so traumatized and stressed by them, that it still took me several months after my project has been completed to be able to write the review. 1st - the customer service is horrible after they get you to buy their products. The material was promised in a couple of weeks which turn in to a couple of months. They never returned your phone calls to update you of any changes. I had to go in person to get answers since they were avoiding my phone calls. 2nd - Staff there are inexperience and rude. The first person gave me the complete wrong measurements for my kitchen. If I didn't triple checked, I would have been stuck buying wrong cabinet sizes. I also did not know I was supposed to get the crown molding for the cabinets. (until 2 months after the cabinets came), which was something they should of brought up, when they designed the kitchen for me. I could not wait another 4 weeks for crown molding, so I had to get the crown molding somewhere else. Instead of apologizing for getting the measurements wrong and not letting me know about the crown molding in the 1st place, they yelled at me and blamed me for not checking with my contractor first. 3rd - Their products are horrible. There are pre drilled holes in the shelves or drawers that are plain ugly and do not belong there. They tried to say that's how they make their products, but I really had to argue with them and said they are unacceptable before they would "custom built" me new drawers without any holes in them. I would give them zero star. After all the stress they put me through, I found out from another contractor, that the contractor had cut ties with this company because of the horrible customer service.

Don’t bother coming here if you have questions or need any customer service. All we wanted was to get some price quotes and understand the work required for a countertop replacement. Apparently this is too much to ask at Liberty Home Building Supply. Though it seems odd that one should beg a store selling products/services to pay attention to a customer. Maybe they didn’t see us as serious customers since a couple coming into a store is not a contractor, but you just lost our business and I would strongly recommend against even walking into this store for anyone doing any renovation work.
