This location always has a wait. I sat for almost two hours. The manager said they couldn't fix the problem with my phone, he didn't even know the phones model or take a look at it. The manager let me sit in the queue for an hour and a half …Hi Rachel, sorry for the long wait. We want to help you as much as we can, and make every store visit easy and seamless.
