Service is what it is all about these days. No matter how busy you are, you should try to at least take an order when a person walks in. I think DD is racist. The location I went to I was made to wait for over 5 minutes and I got not service. I complained, and I was told I could go to the 7/11 up the street by the gentleman behind the counter. The old white lady seated seems if she got served. But I did not. I am a loyalty member. I am never going back into that store. The attitudes are abysmal. I went home and ate.

Gets a little crowded but that's not a bad thing... it's a testament of the quality of the products.

I come here a few times a week during or after work and the people working are always nice. Ordering can take awhile from like noon-4pm when there are more than 3 people in line because there's only like 1 person working in the afternoon, but once you order they are usually super fast.
