You can access it in the app if you bought their insurance. I just had to uninstall and reinstall my app and am having trouble logging in, so I can't verify the exact path. I did know that they have a section in the app for documents. If you find that, you'll find your insurance card. It's might be easiest to take a screenshot and save it for future reference.

Christopher is correct. You can always get an estimate in the app, good in that moment. When demand for rides is high prices can change, so consider departure times. Checking the price at midnight for an 8am commute ride won't be accurate. Also note that express pool means you may need to walk out of your way to get picked up and may get dropped off shy of your destination, walking the last portion. Do not ask drivers to take you the rest of the way with express pool. They are paid below the cost to drive in exchange for you walking part of the way... Without tips or bonuses earned on the number of rides given, express pool is a net COST to a driver, so be timely to your pick up location and consider adding at least $1 tip. You'll still save over the regular pool and it's good form to take care of the person giving you a ride in their personal vehicle... Safe travels!

You cannot do so directly. The work around is to use can for a prepaid debit card or visa card and upload the card info to your uber rider app... By turning can into an electronic form of payment, is the only way to accomplish this. All uber rides must be ordered through the app.

Yea. They can be slow and short staffed. My only suggestion is get some rest. Then get there early and be ready to sacrifice a good chunk of your day.

Cost: $20.00 My process took about 15 min to complete. The line to speak with someone at the hub is time consuming. I went ahead and scheduled an appointment. My issue has yet to be resolved as well. It's a better option than that of using the app and getting an automated email and taking you through loopholes getting nowhere. Best of luck!!

I had the same experience. It was a waste of my time. Uber could give updates on the driver's app. That would eliminate a lot of frustration.

Since you pay over the phone in advance you have to have a credit/ debit card to purchase an Uber card, this way you know in advance the cost to your destination.

I found that having fast track can in many times help you earn more tips because some riders appreciate getting from point A to B as fast as possible while still driving safe. Think of it , like being in a waiting line and having the power of cutting the line 😁
