Loren White. I have worked with folk who are without a home. I have met many folk who have homes and abuse alcohol and/or drugs. If a person, with or without, a drug problem, is in distress Behavioral Health is called The worker is then called for assessment and LE is called in the rare case the person has to to be hospitalized. Again, this is rare. I think that your post shows extreme bias. BTW, I am a close neighbor and I welcome them.
