We stayed 8 days in July 2022 hosting a dear friend from out of country. We were first timers to the area; the staff was so helpful! The hands-on GM solved a double booking problem so graciously with penalties. The cleaning staff rearranged their schedule for us to have extended time in our rooms. Highly recommend staying here. They are a cut above other properties in this brand.

Clean rooms and lobby. Shower was new with an adjustable flow shower head for the best shower! Free breakfast is such a novelty these days! Pancakes, omelets, bagels a more!

The room was just okay and breakfast was nice and that’s the best I can say for the hotel. My room was not serviced for two days, the hallway smelled like a wet dog, towels left out in the hall were not picked up during my three day stay, one towel looked really disgusting, room carpeting was frayed, curtains were sheer and there was no outer curtain to close and darken the room, and the fan on the ac never stopped running. The only staff that smiled and showed any kind of appreciation for your business was Nick, the manager and Jennifer, one of the housekeepers. Other than that this property had no positive attributes. I’m rarely this harsh but the hotel group, IHG, is one I will avoid at all cost.

Positive: Comfortable. Clean. Super friendly staff Negative: Sadly, the pool was too cold. The kind gentleman at the front desk advised that other guests had said the same and he did try to make adjustments to fix it. He did enquire several times if we ever made it in to the pool and was sad that we had not.
